Hello, ive been having an issue getting my donator perks for the $100 donator. i put in a PE to get this done over 4 days ago, and im STILL waiting. ive even put in a PE to get that PE done. im quite irked about this and would like to get this accomplished or some sort of compensation. as you can see my donator badge was updated almost immediatly, but im still waiting in game. any assistance with this will be apprieciated.

I know you've probably heard this over and over again, but a lot of changes have been happening to the server, and mods/admins/developers are currently very busy with other things. They will get to your pe eventually. Also, if you used the automatic donating system, and this is your first donation, then you should be able to use the appropriate commands (/chest /workbench /color /hat and the /kits). thanks for the welcome but ive been part of minetown for a bit now, and this is my second donation. i understand that the staff are busy, but 4 almost 5 days is a bit long. i dont as for much and i keep to myself, all im asking is to get the things i was promised for donation.

I cannot find the donation in our lists. If you used the automatic donation system for your second donation you will have to contact sawine as he is the only one who can look at paypal to confirm an automatic donation.

I used the donation tab on the website, i have the email from Paypal as proof too.

pass a copy of the confirmation email along with the email you use for your paypal to sawine. He can use that information to confirm you donated. You might be one of the anonymous donations or one that is not displayed, and only sawine can work with those.
