Well I'm in dominion and my faction has 4 people so i'll side with dominion for whenever it is...

I don't even think that works, Being the leader of a faction yet being in another one. I reckon it'd make more sense either disbanding your faction (Which you shouldn't do, it looks pretty good) or leaving Dominion and attempting to make an alliance.
