im forming a city council to help me throughout the makeup of the islands.... there will be only a few starting positions but more will open as the city grows.... to become a coucil member you must be at least 16 (might be exceptions) and if elected must move to Besaid Island... (youll get a pent suite in the headquarters when built)... the chosen must also be in game often and will be willing to fix anything that might go wrong.... each member will be in charge of a district..... where they may maintain that district ... but for anything big.. they must consult wiht me first!.... im very hospitable and cooperative to work with .. and you should be too 8D ...... there will be more in the future nad more perks to look up to... but for now this is it.. and please post here if interested or PM in game ....
