If anything we should get the PVP toogle fixed. When you do /pvp off in the end, it displays the message

"Pvp Disabled in World_the-end" Mut probably thought that they must have exploited a glitch, which is CLEARLY AGAINST THE RULES. We should change the message so that incidents like these dont happen.

I have done some more configuration with the plugin and now you should automatically have your pvp forced on in both the End and the Nether and not be able to turn it off. Also there is now a 2 Minute cool-down period after pvp-ing in which you can not disable pvp. This should prevent players from killing then turning pvp off.
