After investigation, the pvp off feature simply does not work in the end...
I've also added signs in the end to inform people that the pvp toggle does not work. Hopefully that will reduce the number of these threads.
Mut, please do not make more of these threads, I understand there was some confusion with the pvp toggle feature. I'd suggest being very careful in the end and go there armed to the teeth ready to type /home at the first sight of danger.

The end is a pvp zone and the ability to toggle it has been removed. If you get killed in the end suck it up stop spamming the forums and get over it, kk
