You were indeed caught Xray Mining, so before we go on saying "Oh I didn't do it"...you dug straight to diamonds through layers of stone. Lets try that again. There is luck, there is skill and there is cheating. So, in order to make this go easier lets just tell the truth now hmm? Sound good?

Alright, Thank you for your brief answers. Xraying gives a player an unfair advantage over players who play the game legitimately. This is frowned upon on Minetown. Your inventory will have the good you gained via xray removed, as will any chests if you have stored the items. That being said You will be unbanned three days from now on the 17th of April.

During this time re-read the rules and make sure you understand them. Breaking another rule could end up with a longer, more serious punishment.
