As far as I am aware when I had an accident at an event only staff are allowed to fly. Well I caught some random guest/member flying around like a mod from platforms in the End.

I attach the best screenshot I got, it isn't very clear however, he was zooming around the place. Can someone get back to me please as I am confused!
