world map isnt continuous update anymore. it updates once in a while

the people still move every second or so it is just the image that only gets updated once every 24 hours

Try /mvtp spawn. And if you mean the "end portal" as in you see credits, there is no way to get out of that. You'll just have to bare through those credits if you're seeing them, sorry.
