I updated the MCTown page to have a more specific step by step guide. Hopefully this can remove some of the confusion from making a town.

I also changed the Self Service page to reflect the changes in the plugin (it's back and it DOES support MCTowns) There is also a new syntax to the signs (as well as a rent feature).
