On the above picture you can see the player w00dcuttlip, w00dcutltlip keeps entering our (ronvandorp, kingmark and my) PRIVATE spawner (think most mods have seen our spawner so know what im talking about), the spawner is closed, no doors or normal ways in, only a private warp, however he still managed to get in somehow and set his home in it. We catch him often entering it... and told him everytime its a private spawner and that he shouldnt be there.... but he keeps coming back... thus I want to see him get a ban after this many warnings we gave him and because he knows damn well he is stealing our stuff.

The pic above is from this morning... just catched him again... the guy he only comes to our spawner when no mods are online... another reason that proves he knows damn well that what his doing is wrong. Anyway at the link below more screenshots of this morning of him standing in our squid spawner. Can provide more screenshots of earlier encounters if needed as proof. Also please check out his home set, you'll see its set in our spawner somewhere. Another way is to check if he received lots of string (wool), ink sacs, or ender pearl lately, those are the things that drop in our spawner mainly.

EDIT: Even worse.... W00dcuttlip's home was set in our spawner and was PUBLIC.. isoccerplayer however removed his home now.

Ok, is he actually stealing your stuff from chests? And why don't make 3 separate warps there so no-one else can get in. The spawner is secure in a normal way, we have a private warp with access for 3 ppl there (kingmark doesnt need it since hes mod+) but there always ways to get in, however they usually involve abusing game mechanics or glitching... so no, you can never make it 100% secure if ppl rly want to get in... but then again he knows he shouldnt be there after tons of warnings from several persons.

I leave it to the mods what to do with it, I just want to report him. But in my opinion, if he enters by accident or doesnt know he shouldnt be there it can be a temp ban. But if your asked kindly tons of times to leave, warned serveral times after, and still keep stealing stuff and trespassing private property I think hes just an asshole with no respect and is no longer a good addition to our nice minetown community.

After thinking about it, I have come to this conclusion. I feel W00dcuttlip deserves a 24-72 hour temporary ban (jail time, if jail was working) because you have proof of him trespassing; and, after looking at the tower, it is very secure. You have asked him many times to leave, and he has refused you directly. So, I would temp ban him. Thats how I would personally deal with the situation.

When we had our little talk ingame a bit back isoccer, you kept closing my PE's saying "I (we)" invited him to our spawner or let him in, this is ofcourse not true. We never show ppl our spawner, it has no doors, and no normal ways to get in as pointed out earlier. We only have 1 private warp with 3 ppl having access there (Kingmark excluded since he can go wherever he wants as mod+). But as I told you aswell ingame, there always ways to get in even then, this due to flaws and certain mechanics ingame you cant really protect yourself against, besides we made it VERY clear to him his not allowed in and shouldnt be there.

Also you said hes not rly stealing our items since they drops from spawners... but I want to point out that it kinda is for us, If i stand in the spawner and stuff spawns, and he picks it up, I dont get the items I usually would... so in a way it is stealing.

Besides there is reason Sawine made it possible that we could protect our land, cprivate doors and chests etc... only for the reason so you can claim our own place and keep others out if you want to. Now if a player finds a way to avoid all this and ignores all the kindly asking, tons of warnings.. what do you think about that?

I Agree..Check With The Jail And See If It Fixed Yet...I Will Not Be In-Game Until Later This Afternoon So Any Mods/Admins/Helper Reading This...Then Try Out the Jail...If Not, Temp Ban Would Be Suffice...

If you go for the temp ban please atleast do it for a decent duration so he understands thats hes wrong and that we dont tolerate this behavior in our minetown community, the guy just went to bed so if you only do a 24 hour ban he will only be effectively banned for a few hours when he wakes...

Personally im more for a perm ban till he appeals on the forum and explains his behavior.

Can a staff member also personally warn W00d about this?

He needs to be told the next time someone screenshots him there he will be perma banned as he's had loads of warnings from the people who own it and also he's had warnings from staff.

This also classes as harassment, they dont want him there at all yet he keeps going back. It does class as stealing items as these members have gone through all the effort of collecting all those spawners and building the entire thing just for some kid to come along and take the items.

It wouldnt be stealing if a mob died in the wilderness and someone else grabbed their items, but this is a lot different, they have had it protected and private warped.

I personally think he should be perma banned until he comes on the forums and explains why he's doing it then give him a long jail sentence so he understands never to do it again.
