I can not talk in the chat and im stuck in my vault and i can not use any warps. Please help

If you haven't already, try a disconnect and reconnect. If that doesn't work, try to tp to someone using the /tpa <name> command. If that doesn't work, try /mvtp spawn. That is all I can think of that would help. If none of those work, please submit a /pe and a mod/admin will look into it. I hope this helps.

Did those already and still does not work

I remember this happening before, and I remember they just got somebody on the outside to teleport the enclosed person back to them, rather than having the enclosed person teleport to somebody themselves. If you've tried this, then I don't know how your case differs.
