Maybe the server thing doesn't know when the server's offline. Maybe Sawine doesn't know when the server is down <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f62f.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":shock:">:shock:</object>

The server isn't making any new information so the widget's are receiving cached data from the Internets.
