Sure Dan, you can say: "Hey, if anyone needs help you can always come to me." However, if you go too far beyond the basics of that sentence, it also implies a little bit of boasting. Especially when you comment on a post when someone recommends you, it makes it look like you asked them to recommend you. No offense, of course. I'm just saying the implications of what I'm seeing, whether it is what you mean or not. In this world, implications carry far more weight than the actual intended meaning, unfortunately, but it's true. Also, this is like the third time I see someone recommending you within the last 24 hours to be a mod or helper. It's a lot. Honestly, though, there's a lot of people doing A LOT of work for minetown, who don't even bother with asking for anything. For an example, isoccerplayer. He NEVER asked for anything. In game he and I would talk like normal people. I'd tell him some things he doesn't yet understand, and then he tells more people about those things that they don't understand. And vice verse, he tells me things I don't understand. My recommendation to you is to try to try to stay clear of threads recommending you, but only comment when it gets out of control. If you do that, and continue to help people then a mod or admin will notice, and make the recommendation themselves to their fellow mods/admins. Then, you'll get your title, but you have to be very patient. As well, I don't think your helping is well known across all of minetown (for instance this is the first time I'm hearing of you being helpful on a large scale). I mean no offense by that, however I'm usually told by someone of whom are helpful.
