Personally, Its notinhg against anyone, but I normally would not take a job unless A) I know you have a good rep, Or B) have seen you as a good contributer to the community...

I'd Like to see maybe its own posting area for Hiring which only donators can post in but evryone can see. And make the Poster responsible for deleting their on posts when they are no longer looking for work..

There is the forum area "Marketplace" that can be used for this sorta stuff. Maybe we could add a sub forum to the marketplace that could be used for posting stuff for jobs. Or maybe just rename it to include job searching and job postings as well.

I vote subforums...the marketplace forum could use some clean-up to sort between auctioning, selling, requests, and work...

I think Zionia has a gfreat idea with subbing the market place A bit, The Other thing I was thinking and Ill post this is Suggestions eventually, was, what if we made a world plot Bulleten Board type thing, Where it would cost maybe5 gold a week per sign to keep it up. This could be used for Looking for work or even using for shop advertisment..I wouldnt even mind helping make sure it stays clean and up-to-date (if there is such a thing I apoligize for wasting your time) lol

Gurash, we already have a shop board. I forgot the warp, but Zionia is in charge of that board. And you didn't waste time. It's a good idea, which is why Zionia made it.

Before I became mod I used to screenshot literally everything to do with trades and work. If they offer you a job and payment you screenshot, then later if they change their mind you screenshot the reasons.
