Barney, there is a way to easily stack some unstackable items.

Go to /warp auction, set up your password if you haven't already, deposit the items,

go to the web auction on this site, log in and go to my items, click withdraw, right click the withdraw sign in-game

Tadaa! You now have stacked potions, enderpearls (64), ...

Now THIS is a pretty awesome plugin!
