There are usually like 30-50 petitions when I check them. I do the ones for the people that are online first, then I take care of the rest that I can. Now I'm sure the other staff do things differently than how I take care of them, but there is one common thing: there a re a lot of petitions, so it takes us a while to get through them. If you made a petition and it was closed without a reason and it wasn't taken care of, than that staff member should have told you why they closed it. Otherwise, only make one petition per issue, and don't make multiple petitions for the same issue. IF a petition is closed for no reason, report the # of the petition so we know which one it was. If you have any other que4stions, feel free to ask.
