I was jailed recently for reasons I do not wish to elaborate. During that time I got bored and found an American Express gift card which I used to buy a $10 Donation. While in jail, I redeemed the perks associated with the donation. After my release I lost the donator status, and all its perks and I'm not really sure why. I have tried to use the command I was told: /buy claim which seems to be broken since the chat then tells me to type /buycraft for assistance.

I would like to receive, either my perks that I paid for, or a full refund of my donation.

Unfortunately I don't believe that they can give a refund. If you did pay, I think at the least you should have gotten an e-receipt, correct? (like an email saying you donated this much or that much). I'd say get in contact with Sawine, or anyone else associated with the financials of this server, or anyone who can give you the donator perks. I'm not sure as to all the names, but I do know Sawine could help. Just either screen shot the email or forward it onto one of them with a description saying you lost the status and perks even though you paid.

You are not entitled to a refund. Please do not open a PayPal dispute stating something relevant to "I did not get what I paid for", because you didn't pay for anything. You just donated. You are not a customer. You just receive rewards as a thanks for donating.

If you don't receive the rewards that you're supposed to get, you may kindly contact sawine and he will assist you, and perhaps give you items for compensation of inconvenience.

In drastic cases, Minetown reserves the right to revoke your donator privileges.
