by "give" if you mean "include it in this sale" then I would say because of the same reason above - you're meant to be selling "everything i have".

dismantle it because it never worked (see below) and re-naturalise the land because its always been very crammed in.

pretty sure because of griefprevention preventing minecart placing that z-rail never actually worked for anyone who wasn't access/container trusted in the claim (that would be everyone) record breaking rail lmao
