me and my friend got our area protectet... But we want it bigger! :3 But there are alot of unfinished houses... it does not seem like anybody is building on it... Can we destroy the houses and build our own thing there?

Be more descriptive. Make a warp there, put pillars where you want expanded, etc. The mods/admins here are great, but they aren't magic. They need a fair amount of information and even more if you want your request done properly.
