Previous to today I have been able to have two accounts logged into the server from my single home connection. Today when I tried I am able to have one account on but not another simultaneously. Doesn't matter which order we log the accounts on or from which computer we use.

Is this a side effect of an anti ddos measure or something else?

Yes, we changed some firewall rules today to counter an attack. We still need to tweak them a little.
