in that case...my other questions are how do i get plots to build on, can they be donated for, and does donations stack or does it have to be all at once to receive said services?

1. Land can either be bought from city owners (most cities are privately owned) or you can go far into the wilderness and start your own home. In the latter case, once you have started building, submit a petition in game to request region protection.
2. A server donation doesn't come with a particular parcel of land, but you can have protected anything you build and many city owners are willing to sell lots for MT Credits, which you should have gotten some as part of your donation perks.
3. Except for land clearing, donations do stack. Most of the high donators reached their rank through multiple donations rather than in one go.

Though the increased rank is done manually, so when you choose to do another donation, I suggest immediately following up with opening an in-game petition. Something like "I just donated ${#} to now be at ${#} donator level. Please update my rank." Once someone has verified your new donator level, they'll get you set. <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>
