I will post a sign in the nether and end saying that they are pvp areas. perhaps optional pvp should be turned off for those areass as well?

OK, this discussion has taken too long. Tough shit for getting killed in the End with lava, but rules are rules. PVP is enabled, so you need to be careful. No exceptions. So go back to playing the game and stop complaining about our rules.
