Just wondering if there was any problem.

You may have typed in your in game name wrong. Message an admin or a mod in game or on the website asking to be added with the correct username or if something else happened ask the if they can sort it out. I'm sure that mods and admins will gladly help you as soon as possible. If you are messaging a mod or admin on the website they have Admin- Red name Mod- Blue name. If you are going to ask one in game type /who and if a mod or admin is online it will come up with or . ask one of them
