Okay, so I need help!

You know how there is that Nether buildning right next to the N(orth) entrance/exit near the big christmas tree?

Well, I accidentally entered on of the outer wall-Nether portals, and now I am stuck in a Bed-rock nothingness.....I can't talk to anyone, I walk everywhere and there is literally NOTHING around me....how do I get out?!?!
