Unless you have evidence of the pickaxe being enchanted, then de-enchanting itself then no. Besides, it's a bug and many people lose things because of bugs.

They should be able to look at the item and determine if it had been enchanted, but honestly: You can just make another one, right? I guess, the thing is, Silk Touch is quite rare and i took me 30 LVLs

i got 9 picks that all lost their enchantments and i didnt die or repair them...i just logged off and came back on and was going to go mining and all mine have no enchantments on them -.-

Enchanted items stored in chests got their enchants wiped due to the server problems and the consecutive 14 hour rollback.

The Devs said they are working on restoring the enchantments on the glitched items.

There was also a broadcast that we should not enchant any items at all until the devs state we can again. Apparently we'll lose everything we enchant now again.

I went on and enchanted my pick the other day D: well... it was a lvl 1 so idk really but still :3

from what ive seen, so long as you dont put the items in a chest they wont lose the enchant...but it may not be 100% accurate.
