i built a small house on a hill near a railway but i cant get to the rails to ride back to a town without walking a great distance

what rules are there for making some stairs attached to it so i can get up to the rails?

if it is the main railway, i believe you have to ask okifool or heiwashin, or any mod/admin, not sure though, although you will probably have to make it into a complete stop, and supply the materials needed
