Town Warp Guidelines
In Order To Have A Town Warp Created
1. The town must have...
a. An appropriate name (e.g. Foxwood)
i. This will be used for the warp
b. A town hall or similar structure/area that is the 'base of operations'
c. Appropriate and fair town rules which residents are made aware of
i. Ask a Moderator/check below if you are unsure about your rules
d. An appropriate location for the warp
i. Must be obvious as an entry point
ii. Can be within the 'base of operations' or at a town gate
iii. Town rule board(s) and information must be within close proximity
e. At least 4 residents
i. Each resident must own a plot within the town claim
ii. Each resident's plot must have an obvious house or dwelling
f. At least 3 plots for sale to new residents
i. Plots may or may not have pre-built houses or dwellings
g. Correctly set sub-regions for residents' plots
i. This means effectively using our GriefPrevention plugin
ii. Staff can give you help with this if you require it
In Order To Maintain A Town Warp
1. The town must have...
a. A town hall or similar structure/area that is the 'base of operations'
i. Town rule board(s) and information must be within close proximity
b. Appropriate and fair town rules which residents are made aware of
i. Ask a Moderator/check below if you are unsure about your rules
c. Correctly set sub-regions for residents' plots
i. This means effectively using our GriefPrevention plugin
ii. Staff can give you help with this if you require it
Either d. or e.
d. At least 6 residents
i. Each resident must own a plot within the town claim
ii. Each resident's plot must have an obvious house or dwelling
e. 4 residents with at least 3 plots for sale
i. Each resident's plot must have an obvious house or dwelling
ii. Each for sale plot may or may not have pre-built houses or dwellings
Acceptable Town Rules
1. Inactivity
a. Minimum inactivity length of 2 months
i. This means residents have to be inactive for at least 2 months before you can edit or remove their plot and belongings
2. Removing residents' plot(s)
a. Notify the resident(s) via /mail and a sign
i. Use our mail system to ask the resident(s) to remove their property and belongings before 2 months time (from current date)
ii. Place a sign outside the residents' plot(s) stating the same as above
b. If the resident(s) reply with consent for you to remove their plot(s), you may do so from that date onwards
c. If the resident(s) make no attempt to reply, you may remove their plot after the general 2 months
d. If you wish to remove residents' plot(s), you must always give them at least 2 weeks to respond
i. Contact them as detailed in 'a.'
ii. This applies even if the 2 months inactivity time has passed
3. Building limitations
a. You may introduce reasonable building limitations into your rules
i. Examples of building limitations would be building style, building materials, and building heights/depths
4. Entity limitations
a. You may limit the amount allowed of mobs on a single plot
i. This can be utilized if you are worried about lag, for example
b. Should you need, you may also limit the amount of other entities on a single plot
i. Signs, item frames for example
ii. This could be utilized if your town has market plots, for example
The above rules are listed as they have limitations, and are detailed to ensure fairness in towns. If you are unsure about any other rules, contact a Moderator.
Market Guidelines
Getting A Plot
1. Make a PE...
a. Ensure you have at least 5,000 MTC
i. Type /money if you're not sure
b. Go to the plot location
i. Ensure that there isn't already an owner
c. Make a PE saying "Hi, I'd like to buy this plot! <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>"
i. Be patient, staff will get to your PE soon
2. When your PE is answered...
a. The member of staff will ask you to pay them 5,000 MTC
i. /money pay <Name> 5000
b. The member of staff should then give you ownership of the region
i. Check by trying to build
c. Please build your shop as soon as possible - the plot is yours
Keeping A Plot
Market Rules
Exceptions to Be active:
1. Notice is given, for example via PE or signs on market plot.
2. At least 8 (the minimum) items are fully stocked.
Note: Even if 2. is true, if another player wants to buy that plot when the market is full, they may.
Probation
If your shop fails to meet any of the above rules, a sign will be placed outside of your plot like so:
You will be given two weeks to fix your offence, otherwise may face loss of plot.

Small Structure/Area - $5 (area less than 30x30x30) = 50,000 MTC
Medium Structure/Area - $10 (area less than 60x60x60) = 100,000 MTC
Large Structure/Area - $20 (area less than 100x100x100) = 200,000 MTC
Relocation of structures (from Classic to Agharta)
This is currently not supported.
Land Clearing
Small Area - $5 (area less than 30x30x30) = 50,000 MTC
Medium Area - $10 (area less than 60x60x60) = 100,000 MTC
Large Area - $20 (area less than 100x100x100) = 200,000 MTC
Construction of structures
This can vary greatly between specific structures, for which reason, there will be no price guidelines listed here. Ask a Mod+ for a quote.
However, the following things apply if you would like a construction WE:
Unlimited use: Stone (and all variants), Dirt, Wooden Planks, Sand, Red Sand, Gravel, Log, Sandstone, Wool, Bricks, Snow, Ice, Clay, Glass (and all variants), Netherbrick, Netherrack, Quartz, Hard Clay (and all stained variants)
Limited to surface (ground level) only: Podzol, Grass, Mycelium, Water

- Materials: No limits other than lag conductors
- Sales signs: Must have 8 in-stock signs
- Buy signs: Must have more s than s
- Owners: May Co-Own a market plot. May NOT be an owner of more than 1 market plot
- Lot merging: Not allowed whatsoever
- Be active: Inactive for 2 weeks - market plot removed
