Few things that might help:

Must to be female skin

I love cute (Typical girl aha)

I like pastel colours but I would be happy with normal colours (Not too fussed really)

I do like the anime looking ones and I used to have bright purple hair <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f61b.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":p">:p</object>

Not too basic, some sort of detail needs to be there

I have no set deadline as people work at different speeds and I do want a really good personalised skin, I will close it once I find the right one.
