my suggestions is that there should be an art gallery in the main city that i could build it. the art gallery would have to quite big because the way it would work is that there could competition were you pay to get a room in the gallery and them people vote who is the best and they would win more gold. there could be many pieces art that people can go in to the gallery and make some with out any notice so there would be many cool things in it
