I am Sorry if I was suspected of Xray and or seems like i was Xraying, but I would not nor ever have Xrayed. I have a mod Witch is apart of the Ui mod that i have installed that allows me to turn my brightness up to 200%, if this is not allowed i will gladly uninstall it. once again Sorry for any misunderstanding.

Alright, once again I am sorry for anything I may or may not have done. If needed I will be ready to completely redo my minecraft, and post a forum post on all the mods i would like to install and have a mod/admin approve them/disapprove them.

After researching this ban, i found information that gives us reason to believe you were in-fact x-raying. We found that you were digging straight down and found diamonds, found a dungeon (you skipped the dungeon and kept digging down into diamond, then back to the dungeon) and other ores. We also found that throughout all this, there was 0% light. You also dug straight through walls right into diamonds 3 times and when you found diamonds, you left and did it somewhere else. Care to explain?

To be 100% honest... I did not use X-ray however i did use a "unfair" mod. I used a mini map that gives a relitive location of ore... I feel completely ashamed.. now the 0% light thing... I have a UI tweaker that makes 0% light about 25 or 50% light to me. I will uninstall both of these mods if needed... I have already uninstalled the minimap/UI mod. I will post screenshots below.

I am sorry for not explaining this in the Original post... I was just scared.. I am 100% sorry, and will not or think about using any unapproved mods again.

I would also like to say now that I will nolonger use any mods that are not approved by a mod/admin first hand. I will also re read the rules and accept them, if i find any rule that i can not nor wont follow i will not join back the server until i can accept it. I am sorry for what I have done. I hope I can have forgiveness.

After discussing this with other staff members, i've decided to make your ban length 1 week. You will be unbanned on September 8th. Along with the unban, we took your illegally obtained items. Thank you for being honest. Don't let this happen again.
