Not everyone knows how to use the petition system properly so I thought I'd make a thread explaining it a bit better.

This is so you know how to do them to our requirements which will mean we can get through petitions faster and quicker <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>

Overall better for everyone!

Use /pe open message to create a petition (E.g. /pe open Could you please protect this area for me?)

Use /pe comment # message to add more to the petition (E.g. /pe comment 158 Also could I get it non pvp?)

If you did a pe but no longer need it use /pe close # to close it yourself and /pe list to see your petition number.

Warps

Stand in the stop you want the warp (also face the direction you want it) and create the petition. Please include what name you want in the petition (E.g. /pe open Please could you make a warp at the petition spot called Dannipants)

If you are a donator please also include if you want it a private warp or not.

Warps Additional

If you need a warp moving/renaming/deleting please create a petition with the warp name in and what you want done with it. If its moving stand in the spot where you want the warp to be moved to. If its renaming please include the current warp name and the new one you want it changed to.

Regions

If its an area protection the best way would be to create 4 towers around the area you want protecting (region protections come as cuboids) then make the petition (E.g Could you make me a protection, I have placed towers of the size I want it)

Also use /region info regionname to check whose added to the protection and what flags you have on (E.g. /region info dannitown)

Regions Town Lots

Best thing to do is when a person buys a lot from you then get a region done. Sometimes people have lots merged, deleted, changed which makes the region void so it would be easier to do regions when needed rather than a load that may need changing in the future.

Place a sign on the lot with the members full ingame name and create the petition in front of it (E.g. /pe open please could you do a region for this lot for DanniDorrito?)

Refunds

For whatever reason you need a refund make sure if you make a petition include what you have lost, don’t forget you can use /pe comment to add more to your petition. When you make the petition please stand in front of the chests you want the refund placed and then make the petition. (E.g. /pe open I died at a warp and need 2 stacks of stone refunded, I have made the petition at the chest I want the items in)

Griefing and Items Stolen

If your home been griefed or chests have been stolen from we can check using Hawkeye to see who did it. Stand in front of the chests or damaged area and create a petition (E.g. /pe open My house has been griefed, can someone check it please?)

Things you should not use the petition system for:

- Asking questions about towns/cities, contact the owner of that town or city.

- To say hello to mods or admins, just say it in chat <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f61b.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":p">:p</object>

- ‘Bumping’ your other petition, just be patient

- Asking to claim land/houses, take screenshots and post on forums

- Reporting scammers or people spamming, take screenshots and post on forums

- Asking to be unmuted

- Asking if a friend can be unbanned or if mods can go look at their ban appeal

- Asking if a mod or admin will marry you

- Adding members to regions, you can do it (/region addmember region name playername)

- Asking for heal signs for your hospital, $100+ Donators only (Also only for their own personal use)

Mods and Admins are normally very busy so we don’t always pay attention to global chat, that is why we have the petition system. I would also like to add that if you want an area to be pvp-disabled or enable public chests (if I am not mistaken by that) and you are the owner of the area, you can do /region flag pvp deny to disable pvp in the area you wanted, to check it do /region info - it will say which flags are disabled and the members/owners <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>

how do i talk in chat? it says i cant talk in global. also the pe thing doesnt work on the plots or the message thing sooooo.... what do i do? i need help or i will have to go to another server and vote down on this server. <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/2639.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":(">:(</object> i really dont want to do that. this server seems cool and fun.

'Can't talk in global' means your a guest and if you actually have taken the time to read the signs at spawn rather than trying to ask the questions in chat you would have found that out and you would know how to become a member.

Threatening to vote us down makes you seem like an ass, if I was on a different server seeking help I would be extremely polite and you have not come across as that.

Im glad you find this server cool and fun, we're a close community and the staff are always trying to please. We take pride in trying to make this server its best.
