I am sorry, but I have been playing normal minecraft for some time but as I understand it the server has some sort of add-on that allows you to do things like gain money in a "job" and protect chest with passwords and some other things. I can't find any information about it on the forums though. Thanks for the assistance.

All the coding is server side and I am using commands?

the server recently upgraded to spoutcraft(Downloadable) which is like the reg minecraft except it allows for server side mods without you having to install them. the private thing is /cprivate, it will lock a chest/door so only you can open it.
