You don't just ask for land on this server, you look around, build something to mark your territory, then file a petition to ask for it to be block protected. Example -

Yeah, there is a thread somewhere about Spawn lots. Currently there are lots available west and north of spawn, and the price is dependant on the size. The current rate is about 1 gold ingot per 20 square blocks. So this equates to 400 square blocks (or a 20x20 plot) to be worth 20 gold ingots. The reason for this price is to give incentive for the person to actually want to develop their lot, so please be mindful of this price, along with the fact that there is a finite amount of space within the walls of Spawn.
