Hey, mod and admins. my friend shimani123 applied for the server recently and he got an e-mail telling him it was granted? but ingame hes still a guest? what could we do to ensure he gets the membership he was granted?

All he has to do is come online and check and if not tell a staff member he was accepted. Because He was. His name was just probably spelled wrong.
