I'd really have to see the original context of the comment, as I can see how it sounds bigoted, but at the same time brightlitefilms may have simply been referring to the donator level by what it is called, .

Furthermore, "Jew" isn't necessarily an offensive word. While it may be offensive to some, a majority of people of Jewish faith or heritage also use the word as the general term for themselves and are proud of who they are. I don't see how in any way the word Jew "SHOULD be offensive".

Yeah, he wanted the tag, so this isn't considered racism. For me, anyways, I try to look at this kind of stuff on an individual basis and not make general rules for this. If someone deserves to be harassed because they are just as disrespectful, then I sometimes may let things go without any intervention. Only when the person is completely innocent in the situation does it get dealt with. So in this case, because there is no harassment being done, then there is no rule being broken.

So yeah, that's about it.
