hey guys, ever since 1.8 came out, my minecraft has been stuck at the mojang screen for 1-2 mins then goes the the main screen, not letting me press anything. The Minecraft background is completely un-animated too. Anyone know how to fix this? Yes... i tried the obvious force updates.

Remove MC entirely and redownload?

Have no idea then, maybe something to due with Java or your comp.

Try completely uninstalling java and reinstalling the newest version. If this doesn't work maybe it's a ram issue? You could search videos on how to allocate more ram to minecraft and adjust it until you find what works for you. Hope this helps and good luck!

Yeah I had those problems so I googled the latest java and installed that, not had problems since <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f600.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":d">:d</object> x
