Undersea slime farm, 4 floors, top floor is level 30, bottom floor is level 12. It was 5 floors, but the bedrock fog was just too annoying so I filled it in solid.
Lit to max level, the only mobs that can spawn are slimes. Sometimes it takes a few minutes, turn up your speakers and listen.
