So you find your way to minetown.net and decide to try out the server, then next thing you know you are here all the time.

What I want know and here from you guys is: What made you stay?

For me, it was the player interaction and the whole Town based society. It really sticks when all you want do is build and impress~

The other reason was the community, BPAdmin and Natedog introduced me, and got me a house in Crescent. I actually left after the Broly apocalypse, because it just seemed too... corrupt, and too "GIVE ME MONEY" after that. I've come back because this is the best server I don't lag on.

People and the thrill of the minecraft social experience, back when the server was 30 people online, small community.

Now I really only get on late at night when it's less crowded. My interest in MT is slowly degrading sadly.

for me it was being able to go out and do my own thing, then i met someone and i helped him make a town on my first day and then when i got into the city crescent i actually got to speak to the owner and he helped me out, the way it seemes like a small community where you can get help no matter what and there were so many people that were willing to help and everyone was so happy it seemed like, so the way the community actually acted like a community is what made me stay

Mine is kind of the same reason as iGackt, I just wanted a lag-free server that didn't have 120 players online at once. (I really did go on one server that had that many.)

The main attraction for me when I first joined was the promise of virtually no griefing <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object> But the main reason I stayed was because I love the community and the way people work together on here, its also one of the reasons I became a mod. I really wanted to be part of keeping this server at its best <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>

mine was that when woodbridge (wich was owned by gatschet) wich was the server i always used to play on sadly went down i was so annoyed and dissapointed i didnt play minecraft for like a month. I then felt like getting in touch with some old players one day from woodbridge and remembered gat and a couple others played on a serevr called 'minetown' <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>

I went on and coincidentaly gatschet was online and if he wasnt at that time i propably wouldnt have stayed.

I joined the 1st of may, and at the time there was usually only 20-25 people on, it wasn't hard to make friends and have a convo with all 20-25 people at once. Now its a hastle, theres usually like 50 people on, and the people from when I joined which I was friends with are gone. Mostly just the staff I know now.
