I've been meaning to post this for a while, its a video of Notch testing MD3 models in Minecraft. Not many of you pre-alpha players would know that Notch has many different identities (Nizzotch etc.).

Anyways heres the video of a 'round' model in Minecraft (I know its hard to believe).
