I was using a mod that digs things in range of me. It is essentially a script that digs around me, I don't see how that's a cheat client. It's similar to what many people on the server do, which is use scripts... And where on the rules does it say I cannot use a script to dig something for me?

It says no cheat clients. It is a cheat client since you are cheating to dig. We don't allow scripts to dig either.

You are standing in one spot and blocks are blowing up around you in a diameter of almost 10 blocks. Thats cheating in my mind, and of course the rest of the staff team.

Show me where in the rules it says no scripting.

Also i know exactly what mod it is. I have seen it before and even tested it out.

Well in my opinion using a cheat client is cheating. Since after all it is called a cheat client. The rules clearly state that cheat clients are not allowed (rule #4).

Cheating is cheating and your cheat client is cheating. Therefore you cheating is a cheating ban.

Thats great checkers, it truly is except that it was randomly digging around you and you weren't even turning towards the blocks that were being destroyed. You were using a hacked client with the nuker feature, you're banned

Nick its not a cheat client -.- What happened has NOTHING to do with my client.

It was not nuker. That doesnt work for 2 damn seconds before it turns off, would be senseless to try to use it.
