i thought the vaults were 100 procent safe? and i even cant get refound when im robbet!?

Don't address me directly in your post in the hope that I will step in and fix everything. The admins have as much ingame power as me and mods can check chest and region access. ...There are like more than 10 active staff member, please use comon sense and don't scream my name when few diamonds get stolen...
Bank vaults are safe. Some of them are still missing the extra protection we added (like yours) but we can still track stolen goods and who stole them...
So yes, we can check exactly what what was taken from a chest by who and it doesn't display your diamonds.
When did it happen exactly, do you have an approximate time ?

i dont know when he stole it (sry for sreaming) i was on yesterday (i live in europe so it must be night for you) and i saw that they were there. so he must have stolen it between today and yesterday. i dont know if i should leave this server or not. i love this server but this is second time all my diamond get stolen and i dont get any refound. i have posted my loss every time someone stole from me.
btw 9-10 stacks of diamond is a lot to me. im rich in some peoples eyes. you have probly forgot how is it to lose that much sawine but i can tell you that its not funny. i have been working so hard to get these diamonds, builded masions and houses, traded at spawn market just to get these diamonds and then they get stolen! thats the most annoying thing that ever happened to me!

( once moths ago i lost 3-4 stacks becouse of some protection lag and i didnt get refound) im losing my trust to this server... sadly becouse i have a lot friends here and a like the staff and the people who are here. i am not just a fucked up freak who wants to trick this server. im telling the truth believe it or not.
