Are you planning on building a dome or something? One thing I have to say if you are... Make it large to begin with. Nothing sucks more then making a dome for a city and then realizing you want it to be a bit larger -.-" Good luck though, I would help but I've got plenty of projects of my own to work on that I can't even seem to trick myself into doing. But most importantly, make sure you have fun with it. Don't turn it into something you are doing to just work. The working is fun at first but gets boring fast :S

And also I want it to be like a vault (if you have played fallout 3) but underwater with rooms, big houses that come out of the water too etc. like a town basically.
