1. Server is down i believe (not sure dont quote me)

2. Central is 1 hour behind east, find a time converter if you really want to know it

1. The server is down and needs to be restarted. I think everyone that can restart it is asleep right now.

2. I think the pirate ship even is at 8:00 eastern time. So wouldn't that be 12:00 pacific time?
