So recently I have been playing PvP and I have noticed that everytime I join, I am literally the only person there. This has been happening for about a week. Did the PvP server move or something, or am I just on at certain times? I also noticed that whenever I vote, it takes me to the Flymc website, so I get nothing from voting in the PvP server.

Check your ingame balance with /money
As for the rest of your post - I think PvP just hasn't been quite as popular lately.
