no when you look at the graph it shows 90% but the corresponding color to the percent is not correct but the other color which is smaller is the correct one and the larger one is 10% :\

Let me try to rephrase, The fact that the 10% is larger on the graph is because they are a vast minority,

Let take for example the troll one. They are 10% troll and 90% normal ppl on the internet.

The reason the troll take more place it because they SEEM to take more place,

You dont see much normal people write a lot on a forum compare to a troll wich feed on the tear of their

internet victim.

The graph doesnt adjust on the %, only on our perception of the case.
