I suggest that instead of a perma ban we have a trail for it. This will make it so people can get a fair trail and be interrogated by admins/mods/selected member(lawyers) and the juries can be chosen randomly by the judge(most likely sawine or an admin). This will also make it so we can use the jail and the courthouse instead of them not being used <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f600.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":d">:d</object>. it would be cool if each juror had his/her own booth to go into, and there where 2 buttons: Guilty or Innocent. Sawine/judge had his own back room where he counted up the votes (torches that light up for guilty or not guilty)

While on paper it look amazing, you must think of the implication. That mean that a admin or sawine would have to use time for that.... a thing that can take 1 min on a forum become bigger ingame. You must find ppl too for jury.... not anyone will be impartial...

mister pink, this is all voluntary. If the mods/ admins / sawine says no and want to use the forums they may. The impartial though the judge has to ask if they know that person that would stray them from having an impartial decision.
