when i got on today all my sheep went missing i dont know if it is a glich or someone killed them. My area was protected and no one has the ability to build on my land. help?

Someone took all of my wood iron, dimond redstone gold and lapiz from my chests and i didnt let anyone have perm to look in my chest just my real life friend and he didnt take it. I think there could have been a hacker on
