Yes, it does. Thus, he could simply put a stapler on his spacebar. But still, he has waited long enough and, as DanniDorrito says, he was polite. I believe he should be allowed back on the server based simply on his acknowledgement and understanding of the offence he has committed. In addition, he is willing to do whatever is necessary to be allowed back on. It is my belief that griefers like me should not be allowed on the server, however this person has shown a willingness to change and has done his time. Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone does stupid things. This guy has, in my opinion, atoned for his actions.

P.S. the point I'm trying to make (I'm making a point now?) is that you shouldn't un-ban people unless they have a highly deserving reason for it. I see too many idiots banned and then unbanned because they baw about how it isn't fair. Grow up; you did the crime, you do the time.
