Other Information Explain the concept of a Minecraft Prison Server: The concept of the MineTown Prison Server is to simulate the life of a prisoner. The ultimate goal is to get to freedom, but it takes time to do so. You have to gather items, sell them, trade, and once you get enough money, rank up to the next block. Eventually you will get to freedom and be a prisoner, free from the prison itself. Do you have Skype?:Yes I do.My Skype name is brennan4444 Do you have any previous or current experience with Minecraft Administration or Prison Administration?: I was a moderator on the pvp server i always played on(the links I put in the app).After being a moderator on that server for a while I really know who is "hacking" and who is really good at pvp.I do not have and experiance in Prison Administration though. Why is it essential for Guards to control their emotions?: If guards dont control their emotions they could take out these emotions on the prisoners,or even more important the server.No one wants to worry about a guard being mad/angry while on duty. What makes you stand out above other users applying?: Most other users don't have as much pvp experiance as I do.I know how to take down someone with better armor than me,or at least almost take down.I also usually have a strategy,depending on what the pvp situation is. What do you think you need to improve on? List your weaknesses here: I don't really have any weaknesses i can think of at the moment. Prison staff contribute a lot of time and effort into working as a team. Why do you think that teamwork is essential for staff in an environment like MT Prison?:​ Teamwork is very important in minetown prison because with a team you can get help in many areas that you would need alone.It just makes things eaiser and things go more smoothly. Why do you think you will make a good Officer/Sergeant on the Prison? Explain: I've just always enjoyed pvp in general.If i became a guard I would really like doing because I get to pvp.Not just pvp people that are worse than me,but I get to have a challenge against people that are better than me. Questionnaire 1) If a group of players were actively PVPing and you were the only guard online, what steps would you take?: I would ask for their swords and if they have not given them to me in the 5 seconds the players have to give them to me, I would attempt to kill them. If I start to die I would safe zone and ask for help from other sergeants on ts3 or Skype. 2) You see a death messages appear in chat of players killing other players, what do you do?: I would goto Block-D and look for the name of the player pvping.After that I would keep an eye on the player because I can't kill the player until he/she kills another player when I see it.Once he/she kills another player and I see the kill I would attempt to kill the player if I can.If I dont think I can kill the player,I would get backup from a sargent. 3) A player is running around intoxicated on drugs, what do you do?: I would kill them for use of drugs.If I can't I would ask a sargent to jail them for 5 minutes for use of drugs. 4) How often should you patrol the PVP areas?: As often as needed 5) When can you ask for a player to be searched so contrabands are removed?: The third jail of the day(24 hours) that the player has had. 6) What do you think is the most important rule to know about staff having staff kits?: To never give the kits away.If players get these kits they will be harder to kill when needed and just get plain out of hand. 7) If you kill players and they drop items, can you keep or give away the items?: I can keep all the loot from prisoners,besides any contranband.I have to destroy contranband. <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f60e.svg" type="image/svg+xml" standby="8)">8)</object> Can staff be involved with bounties? What do you know about staff and bounties?: Staff can place bounties since no one knows who is placing the bounty.Staff can also collect bounties,but Staff can't go out of their way to kill a player with a bounty on their head. 9) What can you do if you have a player getting in your way when you are getting contrabands from other players?: I would kill the player,or ask for the player to be jailed. 10) What should you do if you see a player selling drugs (sugar and cactus green) in chat?: I would mute the player for talking about drugs in chat.
