I'm late, but Winrar won't open it either. I'm guessing it corrupted?

So,uh, it downloaded but it says I can't open the.7z file. I have 7Zip and use it often. It says it's finished but it's only 3GB?

Also it was downloading real slow too, like 10 hours for the whole thing. I know my internet is a lot faster than that.
